Despite it all, it is Spring. A time of rebirth and new life. This particular Spring citizens of the World are being challenged on an unprecedented level. Evil has blown in cloaked in fear and wearing a surgical mask. COVID-19 is infecting thousands and bringing with it a destructive trail of fear and uncertainty.
People are dying, people are frightened and everyone’s world has been turned upside down.
We were completely unprepared for this. Like a reoccurring nightmare here it is, something so dark, so beyond our control, so limiting, we are in shock. And stuck, stuck at home, stuck wondering what if, what next? Helplessly stuck in collective fear.
This is a bad place to be. But…what if there is a greater purpose coming on the winds of this disaster? What if something really new and beautiful is being born? Birth is messy business, labor is painful; hard, life threatening, and this birth clearly is breeched.
Personally, never before in my 60 years on this planet have I felt a greater connectivity to the web of humanity. Never have I felt closer while being held apart. The energy is so palatable, so raw that everyone is feeling it. At the same time.
Remember we are animals, and when an animal feels fear it’s first instinct is self-preservation. So honor this reaction in your fellow human beings. People who are scared are acting scary. It is really not that surprising.
We are all scared, but many of us are choosing Faith over Fear. Faith and trust in a larger plan, a new way of being, a birthing of a new dawn.
Dig into your toolkit. Find what works for you. Focus on sending healing and loving prayers, mantra, affirmations, intentions, & light into the collective Universal energy. Send these thoughts and feelings up daily. With passion and a strong voice. The Earth is ancient and wise, the Light of Divine Source all loving and powerful. Your intentions will be heard and felt. This is the one single most proactive thing you can do at this moment.
Besides staying in the moment. Trying with all your soul to remain present, to stay at home for the collective good and to remember it is Spring. The Light is coming and a new day is dawning for all.
