A Hatha Yoga class drawing on the roots of Hatha's ancient lineage and wisdom. Physical postures will be guided as well as breathwork, guided meditation, and some education around the practice of Yoga. This is an opportunity to take your yoga practice to the next level. Cultivating a deeper understanding of the deep roots of the tradition and how it can benefit you on an authentic level; mind, body and spirit. Join us for an introduction to Astrology! We will cover the basics including; planets, houses, zodiac signs, and your “Big Three”. You will leave with a better understanding of how astrology works along with foundational tools you can used to navigate the ups and downs of life.

The “Yo” in Yomassage is based on the principles of yoga: focus on the breath (pranayama) and the yogic philosophy of looking within. The combination of touch, gentle stretch, and mindfulness provide an avenue for relaxation and healing. Yomassage is suitable for all levels, no experience required.

Join Greta and Meagan to reveal in this dark night. We will kindle the fires of this season with the ritual of Despacho…this is a beautiful ceremony of intentions offered to heal the world and bring light into the darkness. Together our intentions are stronger. Don’t miss this powerful moment together. There will be Fire and rabble rousing!

This class is a Yin/Restorative Fusion where Reiki healing light energy will be channeled Soul to Soul. A little stretch and release, a little meditation, a bit of sound therapy, healing energy... all for YOU. All of this under the glow of Candlelight.

Ali is our new part time Lash Artist! She will be at The Cave on Sundays from 10am to 6pm. She is accepting new clients NOW! Book with her through our app or website 💖

Ali is an Innovative, passionate provider with over 8 years of experience in Aesthetics & Advanced Skin Care treatments. Graduated from the Aveda Institute in Minneapolis, her knowledge base is rooted in ayurvedic teachings & naturopathic approaches.

From there she has expanded her scope of practice by obtaining her Advanced Practice License. This allowed her to perform accelerated, medical grade skincare treatments. With her move to Kansas City, she was licensed there as well under a national dermatology company - U.S. Dermatology Partners. There she perfected the art of scar revision utilizing non-ablative laser treatments, microneedling/radiofrequency microneedling and advanced chemical peels. She is proficient in performing both clinical and cosmetic services. Ali has had a loyal following with all lash and brow services, as well as airbrush personalized spray tanning and makeup artistry.

Ali is equipped with a record of success for consistently identifying the individual needs of each person she meets. Her top priority is to provide you with an all- encompassing treatment, while maintaining your results. One of her areas of expertise is regimen building & wedding prep.

Her favorite part about what she does is creating a warm, positive vibe where her clients leave content and confident!
